Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
